METAMORPHOSIS LEADERSHIP TEAM MEETING
MINUTES
January 20, 2010
Present: Gord Gunning (Co-Chair), Ray Applebaum, Lorena Smith, Theresa Greer, Lisa Mudie, Hugh Stewart, Scott McNabb and Valerie Quarrie

1. Breakfast Planning
Theresa reported that she is negotiating with Yee-Hong on Mavis Road re: room rental fees and it was agreed that is the fee is affordable to book the meeting space for 2010.
It was confirmed that the meetings will run from 8:00 – 10:00 AM with coffee and muffins only. It was also agreed that the dates for the breakfast meetings will be March 5th, June 4th, Sept. 17th and Dec 3rd, 2010.
March 5th Breakfast topics confirmed as: CSP Portal Update, ASSIST Update, Transportation Update, AAH Year 3 Updates from MH and CW LHINs
2. Update on Conference
Lorena reported that the 2009 Conference realized a surplus of approx. $500. and that everyone paid. She noted that PSL was forwarded a cheque in the amount of $1039.22 to cover all associated costs. Feedback from the November 09 conference was excellent and 50% of her Planning Committee is returning for 2010.
The date for 2010 is set as November 19/10; she is developing Terms of Reference for the Conference Planning Committee; reported that 8 volunteers have applied to assist this year; and the Committee is considering targeting both middle management and front-line staff for this year’s conference. Topics under consideration are: documentation and staff/client boundaries as well as health and wellness and ABI/MH&A topics.
3.New Business: Update on CSP Portal and discussion on fees
Ray reported that he is working on this issue with Saba and the MH and CW LHINs. He noted that there is a new development that he hopes to finalize and report on at the next Leadership Team meeting.
